Our mission is to optimize and build upon what you already understand about yourself. Many of our clients have been impacted by the “just try harder” approach—often leading to shame, fear, helplessness, and hopelessness. This service was created to restore a sense of hope and confidence for individuals with neurodivergent brains, including ADHD, as well as those without a formal diagnosis who feel overwhelmed by constant demands on their time and responsibilities.

We focus on providing practical education about systems that align with your cognitive style and daily needs. From there, we support you in implementing and maintaining those systems in a sustainable way. The goal is to create more space for clarity, ease, and enjoyment—reducing the friction of day-to-day life within your home environment.

Our Expertise

We began specializing in ADHD in 2009 and have since expanded our understanding of the nuances of neurodivergent brains, allowing for a more inclusive view of symptoms. Over the past 17 years, our education and clinical experience have provided deep insight into the variability within this population. While diagnostic criteria outline general patterns, a one-size-fits-all approach is often ineffective.

Drawing on this background, we design and conduct assessments tailored specifically for neurodivergent individuals. These assessments focus on identifying organizational strategies that align with each person’s unique lifestyle, strengths, and executive functioning needs.

Please note that Clarity Systems Service is a non-clinical, consultative service. It does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment and is not a substitute for mental health or medical care. Clients are encouraged to remain engaged with their treating providers as appropriate.
